Elaya gestured back down the road behind them. "Just another small village, a ways back along the road. Nothing special," she answered, being as unspecific as possible. "What about you, any family around?" She asked, hoping Codie wouldn't mind the question.
[OOC: We seriously need an actual plot. Any ideas?]

"Nope, only family I have is William. Everyone else died. Long time ago." Looking out across the field, "It's not too bad, I wouldn't say they're gone forever. So, are we anywhere near Taradell?" Codie said staring at the sky, making animal figures out of the clouds.

"Eh..." Elaya frowned in concentration. In truth, she had no idea, having never actually been to Taradell before. "A couple day's ride I think. I'm bad at estimating," she answered vaguely. ----- 3 days later... -----
As the pair crested the hill, Elaya pulled Tuon to a halt. Squinting against the mid-afternoon, she scanned the sprawling mass of buildings below them. At last, Taradell! Elaya had begun to worry they'd never get there.

"Finally, we made it." Codie said, sighing with relief. "I hope you know where your uncle's house is, because we've been riding for 3 days straight. William, says he's about to die." Codie, looked at the town, some how it reminded her of where she grew up as a little girl. "Wow, this all seems so familiar. So, shall we go?" Codie asked Danno, who was already moving onward, towards the village.
